Wilton Drive, Wilton Manors’ main thoroughfare is underwent an extensive construction and revitalization project. The new design improved traffic flow, widen pedestrian walkways and is in the process of adding new urban landscaping.

One of the primary goals of the improvement project was to make Wilton Drive a safer and more pedestrian friendly boulevard. A lane elimination slowed down vehicle traffic while a dedicated bike lane and shorter crosswalks create a safer environment for our residents and guests. The second phase of the improvement project will be dedicated to the streetscape and landscape installations on Wilton Drive. Wider sidewalks and patio areas along with shady trees and lush landscaping will create a more enjoyable and comfortable pedestrian experience.
